Pools are closed in the winter. There is a very large hot tub that is open and heated year round
Ours did, but make sure you actually get a deluxe room when you check in. We booked a deluxe but got put in a standard room initially, #217. They thought it was deluxe.
Yes our hotel is open. We've had a big spike in guests so it can be difficult to get through since we are short staffed. Every room is clean and disinfected rigorously.
